01 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to joy11, operated under the domain joy11.bet. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the entire relationship between you ("Member", "User", "You") and joy11 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") with respect to your access to and use of all services provided through the joy11 platform, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, promotional offers, VIP loyalty programs, and all associated financial transaction services.

By completing the joy11 account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply accessing any part of the joy11 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

02 Eligibility Requirements

03 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold one single joy11 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All balances and winnings associated with duplicate accounts are subject to permanent forfeiture and the Member may be reported to relevant authorities.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is mandatory before joy11 processes any withdrawal. The KYC process may require submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid Pakistani passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits.

joy11 may request enhanced due diligence documentation for high-value accounts or where suspicious activity is detected. Account access may be restricted during the KYC review period. All KYC documents are handled in strict confidence per the joy11 Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. joy11 will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to our support team.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

joy11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Omni, Meezan Bank, and standard Pakistani bank transfer. All financial transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless expressly stated otherwise.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
• Deposits credited to your joy11 account are for gaming purposes only and cannot be transferred to other members.
• joy11 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 1,000 per transaction.
• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are communicated at the point of offer and should be read in conjunction with this clause.

General bonus conditions applicable to all joy11 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.

joy11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice posted on the platform. Promotions are intended for recreational players and are not a guaranteed source of profit.

06 Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games available on the joy11 platform — including live casino tables, RNG slots, virtual sports, and sportsbook markets — operate under certified and independently audited rules. Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified algorithms that produce statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in professionally operated studios under strict protocols.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joy11 platform:

• Use of automated software: Bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any automated tools that interact with the joy11 platform without human operation are strictly forbidden.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, tournament standings, or poker hand results is a serious breach and will be prosecuted.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the joy11 platform solely for their own personal recreational purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, scraping, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works from any joy11 content without prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to joy11 by members may be used by joy11 in any manner without compensation or attribution to the submitting member.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joy11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services.

joy11 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. joy11 makes no representations regarding the legality of accessing the platform in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for members who access the platform in contravention of their local laws.

In no event shall joy11's aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

joy11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it determines, reasonably, that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Receipt of a fraudulent chargeback or disputed payment notification.
• Direction of abusive or threatening communication toward joy11 staff.
• Any legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon termination for cause, joy11 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Confirmed fraudulent balances will be forfeited. Legitimate balances following conclusion of any investigation will be returned to the Member via the verified payment method on file.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the joy11 support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's verified payment method.

12 Amendments to These Terms

joy11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, joy11 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Members via the email address on file or through a prominent notice posted on the platform.

Your continued use of the joy11 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version date and version number displayed at the top of this page indicate the most current revision. Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request by contacting joy11 support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which joy11 holds its operating licence. Members accessing the platform from Pakistan do so voluntarily and accept that their use of the platform is governed by the Terms set out herein, irrespective of local conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and joy11 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days may be escalated to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.

Nothing in this clause prevents joy11 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in cases involving intellectual property infringement, fraud, or breach of confidentiality obligations.
